I only pray that someday I can make a fraction of the impact that you write about when you speak of him. Wish I could have known him better. We're still praying for you all.
Yesterday Susan said to me, "One day when I was at Granny and Poppy's and I asked Poppy for a drink cause I was thirsty, he said, 'you want some pickle juice?' He was eating pickles."

His back cracks,
His laugh
His rough hands and slivers
His soft hands in Florida
Him and Granny "making out" in front of me just to make me cringe. (Now I wish he was still here just so he COULD do that)
His hugs against his big, loving chest.
The fright of hearing his big booming voice when you know you've done something wrong.
I miss him :'''(

It was a memory that made us all smile.
