I Promise

It's easy to get scared and worry when I think about her future.

I wonder what kind of world it will be in 2030.

Will she know she is deeply loved?

Will she know she was designed for more than this world has to offer?


Then these words come to mind, the words of the most repeated promise in God's Word:

FEAR NOT.

Fear not. I am with you.

Don't be scared. Daddy's here.

And that's all I need to know. That's what I hold onto. She will never be alone, and she will never have to fear. I only have to show her that love and point her to The One whose promises are never broken.
